In this section, we provide answers to the most frequently asked questions about CardioShowroom registration, download, use, and program content. If you do not find the answer to your question(s) in this section, please contact us at help@cardiolectra.com<\/strong><\/a><\/span>. I registered but did not get a registration email, what to do?<\/strong><\/span>
\nPlease check your spam folder for the registration mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2. I get the message \u201cemail already registered\u201d. How can I get the program?<\/strong><\/span>
\nPlease check whether your license is expired. If you want to keep the “already used” email, please contact help@cardiolectra.com<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3. What does the registration mail contain? How to proceed?<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe registration mail for your TRIAL LICENCSE contains your license key, the duration of your license and the expiration date as well as the download- link for the macOS- or Windows version of the CSR.<\/span><\/p>\n

The registration mail of your ORDER additionally contains your order number. the number and version of programs you ordered. Please follow the link in your registration mail and download the program.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=”2. Installation” title_align=”separator_align_left” align=”align_left” color=”black”][vc_column_text]2.1. How can I install the program?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease follow the link in your registration mail and download the program. For the initial installation you will need a network connection. After the download the program will run without network connection but connection is required every time you start the program. This is how the validity of your licence key is checked. You can close the program by hitting the “escape” button.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2. The program does not start, what to do?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease cntact help@cardiolectra.com<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3. The program does not open because it is not from a certified developer what to do? Apple\/PC<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease agree to install. We are working on a certified version of CSR.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4. I cannot restart the program, what to do?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease contact help@cardiolectra.com<\/span><\/p>\n

2.5. The program does not close, what to do?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease use the following short codes: <\/span>
\nFor Windows: Alt + F4 <\/span>
\nFor Mac: Command + Q\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.6. My license does not function any more, what to do?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease check if your license has expired. You can buy the program after the seven-day trial. You must do this actively. There is no automatic extension of the trial version into an order or subscription. <\/span><\/p>\n

2.7. How can i get the program on a pc tablet?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe windows version runs on PC tablets.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=”3. Hardware Requirements” title_align=”separator_align_left” align=”align_left” color=”black”][vc_column_text]3.1. What are the hardware requirements?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPC or PC Notebook: min. Windows 10\/Minimum of 4GB RAM<\/span>
\nGraphics card: HD Graphics 620 or comparable<\/span>
\nMonitor: Full HD or more<\/span>
\nApple: min. Notebook MacBook Pro, all configurations<\/span>
\nMacBook or Mac Book Air graphics cards are not sufficient for quality 3D<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2. On which operating systems and mobile and stationary devices does the CSR software work?<\/span><\/strong>

\nYour invoice will be sent to you within a week after your order via e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2. Which period is billed?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe invoiced bills the period of the annual term, the invoice is payable in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3. What happens at the end of the license term?<\/span><\/strong>
\nIf you wish to cancel your license of the program, please send an email to contact@cardiolectra.com four weeks prior to the due date.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

If you wish to keep your license, you don’t need to do anything. <\/span>Your license will be prolonged automatically and the invoice for the upcoming period will be sent to you via e-mail. <\/span>In case an a cancellation, your data will be kept for one year in case you wish to reactivate your license. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=”5. Languages” title_align=”separator_align_left” align=”align_left” color=”black”][vc_column_text]5.1. In which languages is the program available?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe program is currently available in German, English, Dutch, and Spanish.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.3. I need the program in another language, would that be possible?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease contact us for another language version of the program by sending an email to boris.keweloh@cardiolectra.de<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=”6. Data Security” title_align=”separator_align_left” align=”align_left” color=”black”][vc_column_text]6.1. Is the program virus checked? How is it virus checked?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe CSR is virus-tested. Storing and using CSR on the computer does not require a special virus protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.2. Does the program collect any data and if so, which data will be collected?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>
\nFor the download of the trial version we ask you for the minimum necessary date like salutation, title, first name and second name, e-mail-address, country and interest. This informations helps us to answer your potential questions faster and better. The following data is requested via internet during the initial download and each time the program is started: license key, operating system type and CSR version. The data transfer is AES-encrypted. Apart from the license key mentioned above, CSR has no personal user information stored locally. <\/span><\/p>\n

CSR never processes any patient data or company data at any time. For the biling of the order we ask our customers to fill in the order form and ask only for data which is necessary for invoicing or contact information which is necessary to answer your questions faster and better.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.3. Does the program collect patient data or company data?<\/span><\/strong>
\nNo, the CSR does not collect or process any patient data or company data at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.4. Does any third party have access to my data?<\/span><\/strong>
\nNo other third party has access to your data.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.5. Is the CSR an off-the-shelf software?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe CSR is NOT an off-the-shelf standard software. CSR is an individually developed software based on the widely used Unity 3D platform. <\/span><\/p>\n

6.6. What are the security specifications?<\/span><\/strong>
\nCSR communicates via individually developed license software. The following data is requested when downloading or each time the program is started: license key, operating system type and CSR version via the Internet. The data transfer is AES-encrypted.<\/span>
\nApart from the license key mentioned above, CSR has no personal information stored locally.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.7. Each of us at the hospital\/company like to use the program in a different way. Are we able to save a version according it to each person\u2019s way of usage?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe program does not track the individual usage of the program and there does not offer any possibilty to save an individual version. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=”7. Program Content” title_align=”separator_align_left” align=”align_left” color=”black”][vc_column_text]7.1. Is the CSR a medical device?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe CSR is not subject to the medical device definition. In particular, the CSR does not have the intended purpose of diagnosing, preventing, monitoring, predicting, prognosticating, treating or alleviating disease (cf. Art. 2 (1) of the EU Medical Devices Regulation).<\/span><\/p>\n

7.2. What does the CSR offer?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe CSR is a is an interactive, intuitively operable 3D representation of a heart which can be rotated, cut open, made transparent or zoomed in on. Interactive animations illustrate the anatomy and the functions of a healthy heart. One click opens the heart, making the blood vessels, valve structure and excitation conduction system become visible. The program uses comprehensible texts and allows the user to experience thoroughly the anatomy and functions of a healthy in 3D.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.3. Is there a search function in the program?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease search for content with the search icon in the top right.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.4. How can i get a customized version of the program?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease contact us for a customized version of the program by sending an email to boris.keweloh@cardiolectra.de<\/span><\/p>\n

7.5. What is the difference between the CSRbasic and CSR pro?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe CSRbasic offers anatomy and function content. In additon to that, the CSRpro version offers disease and therapy content. <\/span><\/p>\n

7.6. How to best use the program in my patient consultancy?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe program speed can be immediately adjusted to patients\u2019 requirements and mental abilities by pausing, forwarding\/rewinding, repeating or adjusting the flow of the program. The CSRbasic is an interactive, intuitively operable 3D representation of a heart which can be rotated, cut open, made transparent or zoomed in on. 7.7. I am missing disease and therapy content? When or how can I get access to more content?<\/span><\/strong>
\nit is possible to upgrade your licence. Disease and therapy content is offered in the CSRpro version. Please contact help@cardiolectra.com to upgrade your license.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=”8. Virtual Reality System” title_align=”separator_align_left” align=”align_left” color=”black”][vc_column_text]8.1. How do I use the program in front of bigger audiences?<\/span><\/strong>
\nEither you can connect your device containing the CSR with presentation harware, e. g. a big screen or TV. <\/span>
\nFor big events we suggest to use the CSR 3D Virtual Reality version which impresses the audience.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.2. Is the program available as a VR version? How can I get this version?<\/span><\/strong>
\nShould you wish to purchase the VR version of the program please contact us via email for a customized offer. Please send your email to boris.keweloh@cardiolectra.com<\/span><\/p>\n

8.3. How to use the program if I don\u2019t have WLAN access?<\/span><\/strong>
\nWLAN access is essential for the use of the VR system. Please make sure that the location provides a strong and stable WLAN connection throughout your event.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=”9. iPadOS App” title_align=”separator_align_left” align=”align_left” color=”black”][vc_column_text]9.1. When will the iPadOS app be available in the AppStore?<\/strong><\/span>
\nCardiolectra is currently working on the iPadOS App for CSRpro version.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.2. How can I install the program on an iPad?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAn iPadOS App for CSRpro will be published shortly in the AppStore and can then be downloaded there.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.3. In which languages is the app available?<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe iPadOS App for CSRpro is available in German and English.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.5. What happens at the end of the duration?<\/strong><\/span>
\nYou can cancel your program one day before the end of the month otherwise the license will be extended for another 12 months.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.7. How can I renew my license?<\/strong><\/span>
\nTo renew your license, you do not have to do anything. Your license for the iPadOS app will renew automatically unless you cancel your license beforehand.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.8. What versions will be available as an iPadOS app?<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe iPadOS App will be available for the CSRpro version.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.10. What period will I be billed for?<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe license is billed for 12 months.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.13. Is there a VR version of the iPadOS app?<\/strong><\/span>
